Rosehip Red Razzer

Let your little darlings have a red fizzy drink WITHOUT the sugar and without making them hyperactive.

  • Take 5 ROSEHIP TEABAGS and place in a heatproof jug
  • Add 500ml of boiling water and brew for 10 minutes
  • Place in the fridge to cool when ready to enjoy
  • Fill a glass 1/3 with Rosehip Red Razzer cordial
  • Top with sparkling natural mineral water and add a slice of orange if you like
  • Make about 5 glasses of cordial
Peppermint Cooler

Here’s a delicious treat for the summer.

  • Take 5 PEPPERMINT TEABAGS and place in a heatproof jug
  • Add 750ml of boiling water and leave to brew for 10 minutes
  • Place in the fridge to cool when ready to enjoy
  • Pour into a long glass with lots of ice, and add a sprig of mint
  • OR for a bubbly alternative, pour each glass about half full and top with sparkling natural mineral water
  • Makes about 5 Peppermint Coolers
Ginger Lemon Boost

Here’s a great way to boost flagging energy levels, without a sugar hit.

  • Take 5 Ginger and Lemon Boost teabags and place in a heatproof jug
  • Add 750ml boiling water and brew for 10 minutes
  • Add a few slices of fresh lemon, or lime, and stir well
  • Place in the fridge to cool when you need an energy boost
  • Pour over lots of ice and as you sip, feeling invigorated
  • Makes about 4 Boosts
Iced Green Tea

Natures refresher help hydration and rejuvenation, naturally.

  • Take 5 Natural Green Tea teabags and place in a heatproof jug
  • Add 750ml boiling water and let brew for about 10 minutes
  • If desired, add a few slices of lemon and stir well
  • Place in the fridge to cool when you need refreshing
  • Pour over lots of ice, decorate the glass with a slice of lemon or orange and enjoy
  • Terrific to put into water bottles and sip while exercising
  • Makes about 4 glasses
Party Punch

No alcohol…no calories…..no caffeine…LOTS of flavour

  • Take 5 Peppermint teabags and 5 Rosehip teabags and place in a heatproof jug
  • Add 500ml boiling water and let brew for 15 minutes
  • Place in the fridge to cool when ready to serve
  • Place in a 2 litre bowl ( or jug) and add 300ml fresh orange juice, 500ml pineapple juice, and 500ml sparking natural mineral water
  • Add sliced lemons and/ or oranges and sprigs of mint
  • Just prior to serving add ice, then enjoy a delicious fruity natural punch
